Shannon + Iginia's Romantic, Intimate NYC Wedding at 620 Loft
Chemistry and a shared love of teaching built the connection between Iginia and Shannon. Their first date evolved into several, and then, on a trip to Jamaica, Shannon told Iginia he loved her.
From that moment on, each knew they’d found their partner for life. So, when Shannon proposed, Iginia was over the moon about saying ‘yes’ to spending forever with her best friend! The two set about planning a wedding…and then the pandemic struck; like many couples, Iginia and Shannon put their wedding on hold. After some thought, they chose to move forward with an intimate ceremony and celebration. Filled with stunning views and décor, their day was even more magical than they’d imagined.
Our bride reflected the day’s fairytale romance in a Karen Sabag gown, a timeless updo, and an updated take on glass slippers! To complement her look, we created a modern version of a classic bow—made of flexible, crystal hair vines, it wrapped around her updo and added sparkle fit for a queen.
